1. The prize is a snorkelling tour of Kilsby Sinkhole (525 Sisters Road, Moorak, South Australia) inclusive of all equipment and guided by an instructor, Sinkhole Gin tastings and dinner in the deck overlooking the sinkhole for up to 7 people. 

2. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

3. All entrants and participants must be over the age of 18. 

4. Participants must meet minimum water competencies/health requirements and agree to complete standard industry waiver documents provided prior to commencement of any water activities.

5. Transport to and from Kilsby Sinkhole from the Gambier Hotel is included in the prize. All other transport required will be at the winners expense. 

6. The prize must be redeemed at a time mutually agreeable by Sinkhole Gin and the Gambier Hotel. Both the Gambier Hotel and Sinkhole Gin retain the right to determine the date of the event, but will consider the availability of the prize winner where possible. 

7. Should inclement weather be deemed to negatively impact the event, the  promoter reserves the reschedule to another suitable date. 

8. The prize will be drawn at The Gambier Hotel (2 Commercial Street, Mount Gambier) on Monday 10 February 2020.

9. The prize winner agrees to indemnify and release Sinkhole Gin and the Gambier Hotel, its servants and agents and each of them from and against all actions, costs, claims, damages, charges and expenses whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them or any of them arising out of or in relation to redeeming the prize.
